Payments for membership are not refundable under any circumstances. Payments for events will be refunded in full if the event is cancelled unless due to force majeure; if the event is postponed, the purchaser has the option to accept the change of date or request a refund. Refunds will be automatically processed back to the exact credit card, debit card, or payment method used during the original purchase.
